Tachikawa Comic Pen Nib G Model (Pack of 3)

3-pack of pen nibs from Japanese Tachikawa, perfect to use with one of their nib holders. The G-model is medium-flexible, and therefore an excellent nib for beginners or for those who do not want to be bothered by too much variation in the lines.

We recommend using them together with any of our dip pen inks.

Instructions: dip the tip in ink, then scrape off excess ink against the mouth of the ink bottle. Feel free to clean after use..

Note that new nibs often are covered with a protective oil, which means that the ink is rejected. They may therefore need to be cleaned before using them for the first time. An easy way to clean them is with a toothbrush and toothpaste, and then just rinse them off in water. It's also possible to use acetone or similar.
