Katsuki is a Tokyo-based manga artist. In 1985, he won the Manga Rookie Award presented by Big Comic Spirits, a weekly manga magazine published by Shogakukan. His best-known works include Baka Drill, which he co-wrote with Masakazu Amahisa, Ossu! Tonko-chan and Sado. He was also the mastermind behind Cup No Fuchiko, a popular Japanese capsule toy.
About his artwork for Midori MD, Katsuki shares: "When you use a notebook with an embossed cover, the texture will unconsciously send a sense of comfort to your brain. That's what I succeeded in creating with my notebook! I hope you enjoy using every inch of it."
