KOMADORI IS VAT REGISTERED IN SWEDEN/EU.
AGE LIMIT:
The age limit for purchases with an invoice is 18 years.
METHODS OF PAYMENT & FEES:
At Komadori, we offer payments against invoice (in collaboration with Klarna), or by card. We also support Swish and Apple Pay. Regardless of payment method, you pay SEK 49 in shipping fees within Sweden, or 89 SEK outside Sweden. There's also free shipping for order over 799 SEK within Sweden. PRICES:
All prices are in Swedish kronor (currency converter is available) and include 25% VAT from within EU. For orders from outside of EU, you are responsible for paying VAT yourself, which may be applied at customs.
PERIOD OF VALIDITY AND ERRORS IN PUBLICATION:
We reserve the right to make price adjustments, stock changes and any technical errors on the website, browser, network and servers. We reserve the right to correct product texts, images and prices that are written or printed incorrectly on the website or in printed material. We also reserve the right to discontinue products from sale.
DELIVERIES:
If ordered products are in stock, we will normally ship your order within 1–3 business days (PostNord's delivery time will be added). We ship to all of Europe.
If packages are to be picked up at your local post office, you must do so within the time specified in the notification from the shipping company. Packages must normally be picked up in person with valid identification and shipment number. You will always receive a notification showing where and when packages are to be picked up. Notification can be made via the e-mail or to the mobile number you entered when ordering. Notifications can also be received by regular mail. If you do not pick up the package, Komadori has the right to charge you a fee of 200 SEK to cover the return.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
In accordance with the Act (2000: 274) on consumer protection for distance contracts and home sales contracts, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal on goods purchased by mail order from the day the goods were received. When we have received the item back and found that they are undamaged, we will, within 30 days, refund the amount you paid for the item/items. Returned goods must be in substantially unchanged condition and in original packaging. An invoice / delivery note must always be attached to the cancellation purchase. In the event of a dispute, we follow the General Complaints Board's recommendation. Pack the product well because you as a customer are responsible for the risk and the cost of return shipping. COMPLAINT/RECLAIM:
Contact us before returning an item. A defective or incorrectly shipped item upon delivery should be returned within 14 days. Complaints that occur within 2 months of purchase are always counted as a reasonable time. If you want money back for the product, this counts as a charge-back (see info under the heading “right of withdrawal). If you are going to send a product to us for a complaint, we first ask you to contact us at [email protected] and state the product name, date of purchase, delivery note / order number, and complete address.
WARRANYY
We provide a 1 year warranty on our products. The warranty applies from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing and material defects. Wear and tear damage are not covered by the warranty. Furthermore, the warranty does not apply to damage caused by negligence or accident. The delivery note is valid as proof of warranty and must always be sent with a complaint. Return shipping is not included in the warranty.

The information is used so that we can fulfill our obligations to you, complaint matters, and otherwise provide you with sufficient service, maintain the customer relationship and also for our newsletter if you choose to subscribe to it. You can at any time refuse to receive the newsletter and you can access the personal data free of charge once a year.
