Hi-Uni can probably be considered the artists' secret weapon – regardless of whether it's writing, sketching or drawing. These pencils write with even rich and dark lines.

Use at your own risk – you'll no longer get along with a regular pencil.

This is what the grading scale looks like, from hardest to softest. The harder the pencil, the brighter the lines:

10H, 9H, 8H, 7H, 6H, 5H, 4H, 3H, 2H, H, F, HB, B, 2B, 3B, 4B, 5B, 6B, 7B, 8B, 9B, 10B.

If you are unsure of which hardness to choose, a tip is to start from HB - it's the most common.
