With an ordinary mechanical pencil, the lead wears only on one side, leading to a uneven tip. With Kuru Toga, Uni has – in a true Japanese fashion – managed to remedy this by creating a rotating system that spins the lead every time the pen is lifted from the paper. This causes the lead to wear evenly from all directions.
This pen has a playful motif inspired from the Japanese anime My Neighbor Totoro. Also available in several other designs.
