This ink, produced by Japanese Takeda Jimuki - also known as TAG - is produced in Kyoto. The city has not only given the ink its name, but also through its culture and landscape inspired the color choices. Aonibi, which literally means "grey colored with blue", is inspired by the light of the moon hovering in the blue-gray sky above Kyoto. Water based.
