The Hobonichi HON is a compact, English-language planner for 2027 with a full page for each day. Weeks begin on Mondays, and the planner includes both monthly and yearly overviews. Unlike the A5 version, the A6 format does not include dedicated weekly spreads.
Hiroko Kubota’s atmospheric illustration extends across the entire cover. In a softly lit twilight landscape, a cat listens through a tin-can telephone while a wolf speaks at the other end. A tiny mouse balances on a unicycle along the string, with a Ferris wheel and a white crescent moon in the background. The year and HON logo are stamped in matte silver foil.
The integrated, slightly flexible hardcover allows the planner to be used just as it is, without a separate cover. Inside is thin and flexible Tomoe River paper with a subtle 3.7 mm grid. The thread-sewn binding allows the planner to open completely flat and remain open without needing to be held down.
A pencil board designed for the Hobonichi HON A6 is available separately.
