The Hobonichi HON is an English-language planner for 2027 with a full page for each day. Weeks begin on Mondays, while the vertical weekly spreads provide a clear overview of the week’s appointments, plans and activities. The planner also includes monthly and yearly overviews.
The integrated hardcover allows the planner to be used just as it is, without a separate cover. It is bound in a matte, dark navy fabric that appears almost black. The diagonal line is printed in gold foil and takes its inspiration from the forward slash used when writing dates, such as 01/01/2027. The year and HON logo on the spine are also stamped in gold foil.
Inside is thin and flexible Tomoe River paper with a subtle 3.7 mm grid. The thread-sewn binding allows the planner to open completely flat and remain open without needing to be held down.
