A practical pencil board for Hobonichi planners and notebooks in A5 size. It is placed behind the page you are writing on to provide a smoother, firmer writing surface. It also helps reduce pressure marks on the following pages, particularly if your planner is filled with stickers, photographs and other decorations.
Yumi Kitagishi’s illustration shows a group of cheerful animals gathered around a table laden with cakes in the garden. The colourful scene resembles a spread from a picture book, while the reverse has a soft pink colour.
A millimetre ruler runs along one edge. The tab marked “Today” protrudes above the page, allowing the pencil board to double as a bookmark. It is made from thin, durable synthetic paper and can easily be moved between the planner’s pages.
